Who we are

ContentZap AI ("we") provides an AI tool that turns your text or links into social media posts. Contact: hello@contentzap.ai.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and an encrypted password.
• Content you submit and the posts we generate (saved in "My Zaps").
• Usage counts, to apply your plan's monthly limit.
• Payment details are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.

How we use it

To run the service, save your zaps, enforce plan limits, provide support and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

AI processing

To generate posts, the content you submit is sent to Google's Gemini API, which processes it on our behalf. Do not submit sensitive personal data.

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process data to perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)) and for our legitimate interest in a secure, working service (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Storage and retention

Data is stored with our hosting provider. We keep it while your account is active and delete it on request or after account deletion.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, and object to processing, by emailing hello@contentzap.ai. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We only use storage that is necessary to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
